General Objective:
Sustaining educational development, integration and reintegration of vulnerable people within the labor market, from the North-Eastern and Central part of Romania by providing support services, training programs and training sessions at work developed in a professional trans-nationwide consortium.

Specific Objectives:

  • ObS1 - Developing for a period of 16 months, of pilot centers of social Inclusion in undeveloped communities, to provide professional support services to integrate into the labor market of
    vulnerable people (Roma people , disabled people and young people leaving the State system
    of child protection).
  • ObS2 - Increasing employment opportunities for 688 persons belonging to vulnerable groups
    targeted in the 2 project regions, by providing accredited training programs.
  • ObS3 - Develop apprenticeship sessions for a 6-months period, for 48 persons belonging to
    vulnerable groups in the two regions of project implementation by working directly with prospective employers.
  • ObS4 - Creation, implementation and evaluation of an European model adapted to the local
    reality in the North -East and Centre of Romania, for Educational Development , integration and
    reintegration of persons belonging to vulnerable groups and increase their psychological and social condition by organizing online support groups for beneficiaries, cross-national study visits for
    practitioners and working groups with professionals.

  • A7 - Organize and develop 15 workshops for professionals from relevant organizations in the

  • A8 - The selection of the target group and distribution across types of services.
  • A9 - The carrying on of the training programs for the target group..
  • A10 - Developing and initiating training sessions at work (apprenticeship sessions)

  • A11 - Creation and dissemination of a study aimed at the impact assessment and effectiveness

Results:

  • R1 - 1 effective public-private transnational partnership for educational development,
    integration and reintegration of vulnerable people in the North-Eastern and Central part
    of Romania on the labor market.
  • R2 - 10,000 people informed about the project activities through promotional materials and
    advertising, appearances in the media and the website.
  • R3 - A web portal for presenting the project activities, collaboration between underdeveloped
    communities and providing support services.
  • R4 - 15 local and regional press conferences to promote the project activities.
  • R5 -30 appearances in the media regarding project activities and new services.
  • R6 - An innovative concept of providing services for social inclusion, developed at transnational
    level and implemented in underdeveloped regions.
  • R7 - 5 Centre for Social Inclusion (CIS) prepared to provide integration of vulnerable people.
  • R8 - 5 awareness and information campaigns related to social inclusion services developed.
  • R9 - An innovative online service of motivation for vulnerable groups in order to improve
    access and participation in the labor market, which will provide information services and
    professional advice.
  • R10 - 12 transnational study visits of foreign experts in Romania and Romanian practitioners abroad
  • R11 - A series of active measures to increase the social and psychological conditions of the persons
    within the target group developed in a transnational framework.
  • R12 - 1 grid of support services that work in the community.
  • R13 - A number of measures and steps to follow in order to improve the approach in their activity
    with/or vulnerable people and their families, developed and then applied by 75 professionals.
  • R14 - 688 persons from vulnerable groups selected and assigned to receive training programs
    and training sessions at work.
  • R15 - A training needs analysis of the target group in accordance with the employment needs
    of the labor market.
  • R16 - 12 training programs developed and offered by 688 persons from vulnerable groups.
  • R17 - A training program in the workplace for persons belonging to vulnerable groups developed
    together with potential employers for a period of six months.
  • R18 - 48 people belonging to vulnerable groups receiving training sessions at work.
  • R19 - A study aimed at assessing the impact and effectiveness of support measures and
    interventions offered to the target group of the project, and recommendations for multiplication
    and improve project results available to the relevant labor market actors.
