Job coach for people with intellectual disabilities and people with autism

Work and employment are essential prerequisites for inclusion and participation in society. Our project also promotes better opportunities of employment for the concerned target group.

The main objective is to offer a special program for teachers, trainers, educators and mentors to assist them in working with people with autism and/or intellectual disabilities.

The training program was developed and tested in Reggio Emilia in Italy and is transferred in a second step to other EU member countries.
